Stamping in Scrapbooking #2 - Hello Monday

Hello friends, and Happy Halloween! I'm super excited to share this week's Stamping in Scrapbooking layout. Last week I talked about using stamps for pattern making. This time, I want to encourage you to use your stamps for embellishments.

At first glance those beautiful flowers might look like Maggie Holmes die cuts, but they are stamps! I know, right?!

There is an awesome dimensionality that you can achieve with two-step stamps. These are from an old Stamp of the Month from Close to my Heart, which is no longer available, but I've linked to some other options from Altenew that I may snag myself...

I also used a Felicity Jane camera stamp + white embossing powder to create a little accent above my title.

Speaking of the title, that is from my "This Week" cut file set. I think it's important to document weekly routines, don't you?

Here's another little peek at those gorgeous flowers and a glimpse of the vellum that I stamped, heat embossed, and layered under my photo. Love it!

If you want to see how this layout came together, check out the process video below, or over on my YouTube channel. I also have a little announcement at the end of the video. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! Don't forget to use your stamps in your next layout...and link me to them! I love seeing what you all create! I've linked to all available products below (as well as stamp alternatives, as I mentioned). If you have any questions, leave a comment. Thanks again!
