Elle's Studio | March 2017 Release

So many exciting things are happening for Elle's Studio this month and that means that I have lots of fun products and a few projects to share with you!

This kit is filled with gorgeous greens and yellows - perfect for spring! I am really really loving this color scheme. The coordinating extras are some of my faves ever...

Do you see the puffy alphabets?! And puffy stars?! Those are definitely my favorite. For sure.

I created two projects using these releases. First up, a traditional layout where I combined two 3x4 cards and a 4x6 card to create a large photo mat.

I used the puffy stickers + the words already printed on the card for my title and I decided to tuck my photo in by trimming around some of the ascending letters. I trimmed around the cloud on the top card as well. Simple layout, but I love how it turned out!

I also created my Project Life® Week 05 spread using this kit as well as the TV and Feel Better mini kits that were released last month.

Elle's Studio December Kit + Extras + Huge Sale!

Hey friends! The Elle's Studio December kit and extras are now live and they are super fun. This month is a great mix of holiday and everyday. I love how Elle always gets that right.

I created two layouts with this kit - one of them is a pocket page. I've been loving me some pocket pages lately. I thought it would be a good idea to simply document some of my favorite things from 2016. I love that the monthly kits always have a few cards that prompt me to document "currrents". So I took a couple of quick selfies and set to work. These kind of layouts are fun, easy, and some of my favorite things to look back on.

The second is a layout that focuses on the Joy Journaling Tags. I used some super old college photos and decided to die cut circles out of the journaling tags (and a few papers from the Tis the Season 6x6 Paper Stack) to cascade down the side.

Elle's Studio November Kit + Extras

Hey friends! The awesome Elle's Studio November kit + extras are now live and that means lots of great inspiration over on the blog. This month is a great mix of holiday and everyday and I really loved the cut files this month.

I created two layouts this month and the first is a pocket page. I like using pocket pages when I have a collection of photos. These are some autumn-y photos I've taken lately and I used a baseball card page protector. I used a ton of white letter stickers. Love those things. Because the pockets are about 2.5" x 3.5", so I just cut down some of the cards to fit the pockets. I used the November kit and some of the printables as well.

The next is another collection of photos. This time, some holiday photos from a few years ago. I love documenting details like this because over the years, things change. This one started with the awesome snowflake acrylic + snowflake cut file. I used a some die cuts and a card from the November kit for my journaling along with some stuff from the Tis the Season collection.

Elle's Studio September Kit Reveal

Hey friends! The a.maz.ing. Elle's Studio September kit + extras are now live and that means lots of great inspiration over on the blog. If you've seen the sneaks on Instagram, you will know how inspiring this month's products were!

I love all of the cards in the kit this month, but I'm especially loving the die cuts. Always. SO good.

I created two layouts using the kit + extras. The first features one of this month's cut files. I enlarged it, cut it on my Silhouette Cameo, and then used it as a stencil for some colorful misting on my background. I sprinkled some embellishment down the center of the page and matched it to my mist colors. :)

The other layout I created is an 8.5x11 (a size I've been loving lately). I cut the title from a journaling card and layered up a few more cards + die cuts. I added a bit of white paint to the wood veneers for a custom look. Totally copied that idea from my fellow DT member, Nancy Damiano. Love the way it turned out!

Elle's Studio July 2016 Kit Reveal

Guess what? The Elle's Studio July Kit + Exclusives are now live and that means that the design team gallery is live too, and I know you'll find some good, good stuff there. 

I love the bright, summery colors in this kit and they coordinate wonderfully with the new Sunny Days collection, if you stocked up on that recently. ;)

Here are a few layouts I created using this month's kit + exclusives.

I was beyond obsessed with this star cut file and knew I had to use it. I ended up backing some of the stars with patterns from the 6x6 Papers from the Sunny Days collection. I also used a few acrylic stars and some puffy stars from Sunny Days (which are restocked today)!

This layout uses a bunch of cards from the kit layered up with Sunny Days papers, along with some of the vellum hearts available. I had to include that little ice cream cone wood veneer that we got in a kit a few months back.
