Stash Kits: Old Meets New - Cook Family Christmas

When I created this stash kit, I mentioned that I wasn't much of a Christmas scrapper. Well, I decided that I love making holiday layouts. Today's layout has 15 photos. Yep. Fifteen!

I created a 12x12 layout and a just-smaller-than-6x12 insert using my Fuse tool.

The main layout has a large title, but no journaling. I wanted to keep it pretty simple, so I left the journaling for the insert.

I've really been loving silver this year. It has a fresh and bright look that I'm loving. I cut up a super old SEI paper with silver foil frames all over it and layered it behind my photos. I also added a bit of silver glitter paper for extra bling!

For even more silver, I put some silver modeling paste through a tiny heart stencil. I love the subtle shimmer it adds!

I kept the insert very simple. Just photos with typed captions, a bit of journaling, and a little title card. On the back of the title card I added a few die cuts and a sequin. Easy peasy.

If you want to see how this layout came together, check out the process video here or over on my YouTube channel.

I've linked to all available products below. Thanks so much for stopping by! And be sure to link to your stash kit layouts - I'd love to see them!
