Felicity Jane: New Tradition + giveaway winner!

Last week was back to school for us. I love the school year. It means learning, new friends, and a bit of routine. Since I've started working from home I have found myself needing that structure and have been so productive on this new school schedule!

I don't know about you, but sometimes it's really a chore to get information out of my daughter about her day! She just doesn't always like being chatty. I decided to start a new tradition of taking her out to her favorite restaurant (Olive Garden. Haha!) for dinner on the first day of school so we can corner her for information. It totally worked!

I used my Felicity Jane August "Here's the Scoop" kit to document the occasion and I thought that it was fitting because we were trying to get "the scoop" from my daughter. :)

And here are some close-ups:

That thin line stencil that was included in the kit is still my favorite thing of all time in the history of ever.

I sprayed some Mister Huey's spray mist really close to the background paper and let it drip down. I love the way it looks.

If you want to see how the layout came together, you can watch it here or over on my YouTube channel.

Also just wanted to share that the sneaks for the September kit are up and it looks so amazing!!
The Felicity Jane kits sell out fast, so make sure you subscribe to  guarantee you get your kit!

As always, I've linked all available products below, and thanks so much for stopping by!
