Totally-Tiffany™ Desk Maid - 4 Piece Set Review + Giveaway

Organization is one of those conundrums that we as crafty people always seem to have. I love organizing and re-organizing my craft room. For a while now, my desktop has been a bit of a hot mess, so when Deanna from Totally-Tiffany™ asked me if I wanted to review this desk set, I was totally on board.

The set comes with (clockwise starting at the top left) the Pen & Ink Palace, Tool Tower, Stadium Arranger, and Pencil Perch. I don't have a lot of colored pencils, so I'm letting my daughter take that one. ;) You can get them all separately, or purchase them in a set which is awesome.

Let me tell you what I love about them. Everything! But seriously...

• They are tiered. That means you can store more and still have everything in sight. Love that.
• They are white. I like the sleek, clean look.
• They come pre-assembled. I love anything that is no assembly required! All I had to do was slip the drawers into the Pen & Ink Palace. Super easy.
• They are sturdy. They feel really strong and hold a ton of stuff. Plus they have little foam feet on the bottom to keep them from moving around.

I'm a Prolific Scrapbooker

I love scrapbooking. If you've been following me for a while, I'm sure that is very apparent. I've almost always scrapbooked a lot and often. This means that my layouts pile up quickly. Which is good. And bad. Haha!

Sometimes it takes a little while for me to get my layouts filed into albums (these are my favorite), but I always make sure they get in page protectors so they stay pretty. I'm a bit of a page protector snob. I want something sturdy and durable.

For years, I've used Close to My Heart Memory Protectors. They are awesome! Close to My Heart is a consultant based business and right now, you can only get them in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Sorry to my other international friends!

The page protectors are noticeably thicker, which I love because when I have dimensional items on my layouts (like flair badges) there is definitely less warping on my layouts and I love that.

Scraproom Tour!

A few weeks ago I did a tour of my scrappy space on Periscope (you can find me @jen_schow). Periscope doesn't create the best quality videos, so I decided to film one to put up on my YouTube channel. Please let me know if there is anything you see that deserves a closer look. I plan to film another video for next Thursday.

Just a warning: This video is long. So settle in. :) Also, my scrap space is very real and very functional. Not super pretty, but it does the job. Those disclaimers aside, here you go!
