Old Meets New Stash Kit | Messy

Hey friends! I'm back with another layout in my Old Meets New: Stash Kit series. It's been a little while, but I'm glad to be back to this kit and using up the last few bits in interesting ways. :)

I created an 8.5 x 11 layout this time and tried to use a bunch of the watercolor-y bits in my kit to go along with the theme of my layout.

Because I used so many patterned papers for backgrounds, I'm down to just a few and decided to utilize my scraps on this one. I love scrapping with scraps and if you want to learn lots of ways to do it, you should definitely check out my Zap Your Scraps class. #shamelessplug

I'm glad I was able to incorporate that gorgeous watercolor raindrop washi tape I love so much and it kind of fueled the color scheme for the layout.

I used my Felicity Jane - Jen stamp set + Ali Edwards Crafter's Ink in Olympia for my title. I also sprinkled several colors of spray mist to get a confetti effect. That's a technique I've used several times and I really like the look.

You can see how the whole thing came together in the process video below.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I've linked to all available products below. :)

  1. After the grand success of Play Station 4 (PS4), Sony has announced the next version of Play Station, the PS5. It will obviously be more powerful

and rigid than the PS 4, for better and smooth gameplay experience. If you are an avid gamer and love console games, you must be interested in
