AE Story Kit: Believe

This month's Story Kit by Ali Edwards is an awesome one. There were so many ideas that sprang to mind, but I decided to start with this one: I believe in the magic of the movies. And I do. I so do.

Seeing a movie for the first time in a theater is one of my absolute favorite things and I think a good movie can change you. Since my daughter got out of school for the summer, we've seen at least one movie a week. And I love it. So I decided to create a two page spread with a 9x12 pocket page on one side and an 8.5 x 11 title page on the right.

I used the speech bubble from the Believe Story Kit digital stamp set to create 3x4 cards that I added the title and a rating to for each movie we saw. I plan to add more to the other side of the page protector throughout the summer. I also added journal cards, chipboard pieces and gold foiled circles from the physical kit, but you could do it all digitally if you wanted.

My local theater was giving away Finding Dory movie posters so I used one behind my large, Silhouette cut title, which features the digital word art "Believe" from the story kit. Again, I added a few pieces from the physical kit as well.

If you want to watch this layout come together, I created a process video that you can watch below.

I've linked to all available products below, except for Ali Edwards products which are linked throughout the post. Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. Movies are not magic, they are something happening around us and we may or may not be aware of it. In simple words, movie make or shape our lives.
