Collection Disconnection//Fancy Free #8 - Dream

Hey friends! I'm back with another layout in my Collection Disconnection series. I can hardly believe this is number eight, which means there are just two left! Today's layout uses a new cut file from my shop and I love how it allowed me to use lots of scraps and little bits of paper, but the final result is still light and airy.


I snapped this photo of my daughter sleeping the other day and was surprised to find myself watching her sleep and loving it just as much as I did when she was a baby. This layout combines that feeling with the products I had and when I saw that big "dream" glitter puffy sticker, I knew it would be perfect.


My title became "I love to watch her DREAM" and my journaling reflects that. Right now, my girl is dreaming of painting like Bob Ross (thank you Netflix) and I love it.


Backing each of the hearts in the Falling Hearts Background cut file took the longest, but I kept everything else very simple and after the hearts were filled, this layout came together really quickly. I love the way shadows were created by using foam adhesive behind some of the hearts.
