Stash Kits: Old Meets New - Pen Obsession

If you've watched any of my YouTube videos, you probably know that I have a slight obsession with my journaling pen of choice. It is made by Muji and I absolutely love it. I also use Muji erasable pens in my planner. Equally awesome.

My friend brought me a whole bag of goodness from the Muji store when she went to China and it was the best present ever. This might seem like a ridiculous story to tell, but it's part of who I am. I've always loved pens.

This week, I used my Old Meets New Stash Kit to document my obsession.

I used a LOT of mixed media. Stencils, gesso, modeling paste, mists - the works! I really love how it came out, so I took a LOT of photos. :)

I used stamps for my title and I really like the way it looks. I lined them up to create a column on the left side. I outlined the large letters with my favorite pen, of course!

All available products are linked below. If you want to see how this layout came together, watch the video on my YouTube channel or here:

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to come back Saturday for the last video in my Out of the Pocket series + a giveaway!

  1. Love love love the idea of "old meets new"... funny how using old stuff with new things in new ways brings them back to life. Also, I really like this layout; I Pinned it before I'd even scrolled down to see the whole thing! :)

  2. There is, and it's called the digital pen. It sounds like a science fiction concept, but thanks to technology that is getting smaller and more compact and cutting edge research, the digital pen and paper are now a reality. campo marzio pen
